To claim your free upgrade you will:

Submit your old serial number below
If your serial number was valid you will receive a new serial number via email, and your old serial number will be automatically disabled
Download and install the Trial version of Prospect 4K from CineForm's downloads page (Please uninstall your previous version first).
Go to www.cineform.com/register.html and follow the instructions to activate Prospect 4K

NOTE: If you are eligible for the free upgrade but you can't locate your serial number, submit the form anyway with your email address but leave the S/N field blank. You'll get an auto-response from us telling you we need your serial number. You can respond to that email and we'll help you locate your serial number. If we have to help manually locate your serial number we only do this during the week, so don't wait until Friday afternoon!
