NEO HDV v3 - Free Upgrade Request

Free NEO HDV v3 Upgrades: If you purchased Connect HD v3 on or after February 1, 2007, you are entitled to a free upgrade to NEO HDV v3. Fill in the form below and we'll email to you 1) a new serial number for NEO HDV v3 and 2) a download link to NEO HDV v3.

Discounted NEO HDV v3 Upgrades: If you purchased NEO HDV prior to February 1, 2007, you may purchase an upgrade to NEO HDV v3 from our online store for $59 through July 31, 2007, after which the upgrade price will be $79. NOTE: Please enter your serial number during the online order process in the field labeled "Special Instructions" to confirm your upgrade pricing. If you cannot find your serial number, then submit your online order anyway at the $59 upgrade price and we'll help you locate your serial number from our database.

Serial Number:	Example: CHD30-02300E0F00. Serial number of the Connect HD product you purchased.. Locating your Serial Number: If you purchased a download product the S/N was emailed to you. If you purchased a physical product the S/N is found on a sticker on the back of your product DVD case. The serial number begins with CHD.
