- To get the installer for the Mac codec, download the latest version of Neo HD/2K or Prospect HD/2K, whichever you are licensed for.
- If you are a licensed user but cannot find your S/N, fill out the form anyway and you'll get an auto-response email in return, and we can help you locate your serial number.
